If You Own an iPhone… Read This NOW

Apple’s latest software update could make it harder for you to receive the important trade alerts and fulfillment that you pay for as part of your subscription.

You may have noticed that Apple introduced new email categories: Primary, Transactions, Updates, and Promotions. While these categories can help organize your inbox, many Members are finding that their subscriptions are going into the wrong category. This can lead to missed or delayed alerts.

Take control over your inbox again! (Don’t let Apple sort your emails for you!)

To do so, you have one of two options…

Option #1 (PREFERRED) – If you don’t like having your emails sorted into categories, you can turn that functionality off. Simply open the Mail app, tap the three-dot menu in the upper right corner, and click “List View”. 

Option 2 – Sort your emails yourself. Look through your inbox until you find your latest email from Monument Traders Alliance. Open the email, tap the three-dot menu in the upper right corner, click “Categorize Sender” and choose your desired category. We suggest Primary.
