The market’s a mess right now. The SPY jerks around on every war headline, and outside of the QQQs, most charts are just sloppy.
So when I find a clean setup, I jump all over it.
And the one on my screen right now has a backstory you’d never guess from its chart.
In August 2022, meme traders decided a furniture wholesaler was the next GameStop (GME).
The company moves the big, bulky stuff people buy online… things like couches, refrigerators, and treadmills.
It connects the factories in Asia that make them with the sellers who ship them to your door.
When it went public in 2022, the stock hit its all-time high just four days later.
Then the meme crowd moved on, and the stock crashed more than 90% in under three months.
But while the traders left, the business kept growing.
At the time of its IPO, it did about $414 million in sales a year. Last quarter alone, it did $412 million.
And through all last year, it brought in about $1.3 billion in revenue while turning a real profit.
But for me, it’s all about the setup. And based on what the chart is telling me, I think we take out the all-time highs.
That’s a 20% move higher from here. If you’re playing it with options (like I am), it could return a quick triple-digit gain.
There’s a big bull flag on the chart, and the squeeze is firing with momentum heading higher.
You don’t need to spend a fortune to play it. It’s a low-volatility name, so the calls are cheap, even out to November and December. And with third-quarter earnings likely landing in early November, those expirations cover the next report.
Last time, meme traders did the lifting. This time, the business is.
In this video, I’ll show you the stock, the exact zone where I’m building my position, and all three of my targets.
